David's 1st Game was awesome!!! He would tackle his guy and run to the other side of the field to get the other guys!  So amazing... He was saying to his teammates "I'm doing my job and yours...Get your Guys"  He played the whole game except maybe 2 plays...
Well off to another game at 3:00 - Oh happy day, Oh worn out kid!!!

I went to BARNES AND NOBLE  (You Gotta LOVE that Store) and bought: 
       "THE LAST SONG" on AUDIO CD - Can't wait to Listen to it!

I've already READ THE BOOK - saw the MOVIE IN THEATRES...and bought the MOVIE ON DVD - By the way the $25.00 DVD HAS THE BETTER ENDING - How do I know? I cheaped out and bought the $19.99 version!

                   Yes, "The Last Song" is one of my favorite books

Yes - as always, spending time with my Mom and Dad was a pleasure! They are so appreciative of anything you do for them...it brings WARM FUZZIES to my heart!

• Making Stuffed Green Peppers (with peppers from my garden)
• Tapioca Pudding with whipped cream (yummy)
• Listening to "The Host" on CD while I clean my house
• Sleeping in clean sheets (Kinda makes you feel like a       Tama'i Ta'i)
• Learning what Tama'i Ta'i means... (Princess) - thanks Alex 
• Receiving phone calls and text messages at 1:30 a.m. announcing a new arrival!
• Watching my favorite movies - 'cause no one is home to take over the tv!
• Rain Storms that turn to Down Pours and overflow the gutters...
• Sleeping in Fresh, Clean Sheets (It's even better if your legs are shaved)
• A Moment in Time - all to yourself - ahhhhhhhhh
• Sleeping in...
• and sooooo much more.........

   AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO DOESN'T WANT SCHOOL TO START?
I LOVE SUMMER DAYS WITH MY KIDS...AND WISH THEY WOULD GO ON forever...and ever...and ever...and ever...and ever...

Did Someone Say "Fishing" - yesiree that's what Gary and Nathan will be doing! The last hurrah for Nathan before the big "S" (School) begins and a much needed break for my hubby! David would like to go but "Football" preceeds the fishing! As for me this weekend I will be taking care of Mom and Dad - - Steven is heading down to Whitley's soccor game. Then it's back to work next week! Oh how I have enjoyed the summer break!!! It always seems to fly by so quckly... but I have to admit a paycheck will definitely come in handy!

Taking care of Mom and Dad is always a pleasure! How I enjoy spending time with them! So happy Steven is able to get away and maybe just maybe experience a little down time! Wow...is he forever on the go!! He arrived home yesterday and proceeded to take care of his church duties (at the Wentworth) taking care of the Elderly...then it was off to cleaning the Real Estate Office...then arriving back home, checking on Mom and Dad only to be gone by 6:00 a.m. this morning - you know he will come home, fix breakfast for Mom and Dad and repeat his rigorous schedule - of which he never complains - Great Brother - Great Example!!!!

Sorry to say Nathan and I went to see Scott Pilgrim vs. the world...we walked out during the middle of the movie...wish we would've gone to Toy Story 3 - oh well, better luck next time! I heard most teenagers enjoy this movie...It just wasn't for us - oh well -

Now it's off to a busy day...Hope yours is happy...

A Happy Day

Spending time with Lori and eating Chinese Food are 2 of my favorite things, but put them together and it's definitely a Red Letter Day! Nathan had fun spending the night in Layton and David & I had a great time going to pick him up! Love my kids so very much!!!                                                                                             
                     So Very Blessed to be a Mom!!!!!

So often in my life, I turn to those very words! Especially when I find myself relying upon my Savior Jesus Christ, knowing I don't have the ability to handle everything on my own!

I ran upstairs and our whole kitchen was FILLED WITH SMOKE!!!
Lucky for us...the flames hadn't started or WATCH OUT HOUSE!!!

What can I say...other than I found myself lost in an amazing world of Blogs...all my sense and sensibility went right out the window! I'd like to tell you that this will never happen again...but I find myself lured into some of the most interesting reads on the Internet!
